RARE Rockingham is a curated training space built for real people chasing real results.

We offer structured, coach-led training in a welcoming, down-to-earth, fun environment where community comes first and every member feels supported.

Our customised group classes offer an immersive environment with lights and beats, but we offer a variety of classes to suit our members.

We also offer Open Gym Access so you can train your way on your own time as well as Recovery services (IR Sauna and Ice Baths)

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to push your performance further, our focus is on quality coaching, smart programming, and creating a place where people enjoy showing up, training hard, and feeling good — physically and mentally.

  • Coach-led, custom-programmed group training designed to be effective, fun, and inclusive.

    Our timetable includes strength, conditioning, Pilates, and other class styles introduced based on member demand.

  • On-site creche services to help make training more accessible for parents. Safe, supervised care so you can focus on your workout with peace of mind. (Availability may vary by session.)

  • Train on your own schedule with full access to quality equipment in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Ideal for members following their own program or wanting flexibility outside class times.

  • Dedicated recovery and wellness services designed to support performance, consistency, and overall wellbeing.

    Infrared Saunas, Cold Showers, Ice Baths. Our offering will continue to evolve as new recovery options are introduced.
