Weekly Framework
Our programming follows a weekly framework designed to develop strength, conditioning, aerobic fitness, and low-impact control in a balanced way.
Allowing members to train consistently, progress over time, and feel good doing it.
Each week includes a considered mix of:
Strength Training to build muscle and resilience
Conditioning to improve fitness and work capacity
Aerobic work to support endurance and recovery
Low-impact Sessions to improve control, mobility, and longevity
Evolving & ADAPTABLE
We listen to our community, pay attention to how people are training and recovering, and refine what we offer over time based on feedback and results.
Our programming team is always look for fun and creative ways to keep you motivated, moving and feeling good about yourself.
COACHING
Our sessions are coached to support a wide range of abilities and training backgrounds, with room to scale, adjust, and progress.
Our coaches and trainers come from various backgrounds, with a variety of skills and experience -from Exercise Physiology, Olympic Weightlifting, Cross-fit, Pilates and more.
SERIOUS BUT FUN
Training at RARE is serious but also fun. There’s space to push when you’re ready, ease off when you need to, and enjoy the process along the way.You don’t need to do everything. You just need to do the right things, consistently.

Our group classes are built around a clear weekly structure that balances strength, conditioning, aerobic training, and low-impact movement. Each session has a purpose, is fully coached, and designed to help you train consistently, progress over time, and feel good doing it. Whether you’re here to lift, sweat, move well, or find balance, there’s a session to support how you train.
EXPERIENCE OUR IMMERSIVE ENVIRONMENT
Our Group Training Facilities are fitted out with the option to deliver classes in a low-light, immersive environment, with carefully curated music and deep, driving bass. The atmosphere is designed to help you tune in, block out distractions, and stay focused on the work in front of you.
For many members, this setting reduces self-consciousness, sharpens concentration, and makes it easier to move with intent. The result is a training experience that feels more engaging, more motivating, and easier to stay consistent with — where the energy of the room lifts you, without overwhelming the session itself.
